The Buying Process
Buying a home is an exciting and sometimes stressful time. We work closely with you to help you navigate the entire process. We work closely with our team of lenders, inspectors and title representatives to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible.
Buyer Consultation. We will meet with you one on one to get to know about you and your wants and needs in a home. We will also review local disclosures and the contractual paperwork so you are better educated about the types of disclosures you can expect and are familiar with the contract. We determine the best way to communicate. Everyone has different styles of communicating and having an estabilshed plan makes sure that we are all staying on the same page. Having a better understanding at the beginning of the process helps make the process less stressful down the road.
Pre-Approval. We will refer you to one of our team members to help in the pre-approval process. They are experts in their field and will help you understand the lending process and will help you understand the best lending options for you.
Looking for homes! This is part of the fun. We will work with you to find the right home that fits your needs and budget.
Escrow. This is when the rubber meets the road. We have found the right home and now your are in contract. During this time we will work closely with our team of inspectors, title company and lender to ensure that this is the right home. It can sometimes be a bumpy ride, but we are here to help you navigate the process and to work closely with the team to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible.
